What equipment is needed for a jewelry business?

The first jewelry processing equipment used is a continuous casting machine, which is used to pull out a round solid rod. The continuous casting machine uses inert gas to protect the smelting metal. The round rods cast by the continuous casting machine are relatively thick, with a minimum diameter of 4mm. To turn them into thin wires that can be used for necklaces, they need to be processed again. The next jewelry processing equipment needed is a wire pressing machine.

The function of the wire pressing machine is to press the thick round rod pulled out of the continuous casting machine into a thinner one. It can press the solid pipe with a diameter of 4-11mm into a wire with a diameter of 1.2mm. However, the 1.2mm wire is still a bit thick for making necklaces. To make the metal wire thinner, a third jewelry processing equipment - a wire drawing machine is needed.

For the wire drawing machine, we use a 12-eye wire drawing machine. The more thread holes there are, the thinner the thread drawn out. The 12-eye wire drawing machine can thin the 2.2mm metal wire to 0.2mm.

Then use an annealing furnace to anneal the gold wire to become softer. Then you can use the chain weaving machine. When weaving the chain with the chain weaving machine, you need a welding machine to weld the chain at the same time. If it is a silver chain, you can use welding powder and weld it in a tunnel furnace. The welded chain can be gold plated or polished to make the chain more shiny.
